What We Do: Our Programs
We are working towards sustainable economic prosperity for First Nations peoples, inspiring communities through leadership and innovation, and ensuring First Nations peoples achieve self-determination.
Guiding Spirits Program
Our flagship program. We provide culturally safe employment activities, including recruitment, induction, job-specific training, and wraparound mentoring, to support young First Nations people into long-term careers in the construction and plumbing industries. 67% of graduates have achieved and retained full employment.
Who’s Ya Mob
A cultural connection program working with groups and individuals who are disconnected from community, family, and culture. Through practical and interactive learning, we help young First Nations people rebuild those connections as a foundation for the future.
What Now
A life skills program for young First Nations people due for release from custody. We provide support and facilitate links to service providers to help participants maintain positive engagement and build stability upon release.
Left or Right
A diversion program that works with groups and individuals to identify their current circumstances and adjust their trajectory through structured goal-setting, giving young people the tools to make empowered choices about their future.
